Do you offer website design?

Yes! I offer website design and full-stack development with the help of my talented development team. Here's the catch–you need to be a branding client or (in choice cases) have a really strong existing brand... for a successful website project. We offer custom websites in Webflow, Showit, or Shopify, starting at $8K US (8-12 week timeline). More of a template girly? We also offer template customization sprints (2-5 days) in Showit or Squarespace, starting at $3,500.
How do we get started?

I'm so excited to connect with you! Please fill out the brief project application form, and you’ll hear from me in 2-3 business days. If I feel like I'm the right fit to support you in growing your business, I'll send along a link to book an optional 30-minute consultation call.
Can I pay in installments?

Yes! Branding is a big investment for your business and accessibility is very important to me. Typical projects require a 50% deposit to save your spot, with the remainder billed across the duration of the project. Custom payment terms are available to better fit your needs – just ask!
Can you help me in “X” industry?

I typically work with premium service-based brands and shops like naturopaths, hair salons, floral shops, yoga studios, lifestyle boutiques, interior designers, coffee shops, and day spas. However, if your brand is on a mission to bring more goodness into the world, I’d love to hear from you. And if I don’t think we’re the best fit for you, I’ll always be transparent and point you in the right direction.
Can I come back to you for ongoing design projects?

Yes! Once we’ve completed your strategy and branding, you have insider access to the studio for VIP day-rates and monthly retainers as your brand continues to grow. As a past client, simply shoot me an email and I’ll reach back out to book a design consultation with you.
Do you offer brand naming or website copy?

Nope! I believe in staying in my zone of genius, which is strategy and design. However, should we determine through your brand strategy that copy would be a wise complimentary investment in reaching your business goals, I'm always happy to refer you to a copy expert I know, love, and trust.
How do we keep in touch throughout the project?

My collaborative, high-touch process includes a supportive mixture of both written communication and one-on-one calls. I typically share our work in a pre-recorded presentation format, then set up a follow-up call to go over everything with you and discuss any desired refinements.
Do you offer social media management?

Nope! You can think of my role as your CMO – Creative Marketing Officer. I come into your business on an as-needed basis to craft your implementable strategy and ready-to-use templates. My services are designed to make your marketing routine simple and easy, so most of my clients don't require any additional support on an ongoing basis. However, this high-level work can pair really well with the right social media manager – just ask for a referral and I'll send you some providers I know, love, and trust.
