Coldwater Skin Bar offers a laid-back, intimate skincare experience for busy women craving healthy, clear, glowy skin that they can fall in love with and maintain over time. Using the signature Coldwater Method, clients receive an elevated and tailored treatment and skincare plan with personalized product recommendations so they feel truly radiant, resilient, and confident in their skin.
Founder, Isabelle approached us a couple of years into running Coldwater full time from a separate suite in her home. With big plans to expand her business and invest in a commercial storefront and the goal to infuse laid-back luxury into every element of her client experience, we worked together to craft a strategy, message, and identity that would call in more of her ideal, premium clients.
With a vision to stand out as the laid-back luxurious skin studio in Victoria, we went for an "Effortlessly California Cool" aesthetic. Relaxed, playful, and clean to inspires a more inviting, warm feeling compared to the more corporate, sterile feeling clinics in town.
Just a month after launching, Isabelle was able to raise her prices and book out her services three months in advance. In the following months, she was able to sign a lease on her dream studio space, where she can serve her clients even better, and hire team to support her growth.
